Within a Year 1 class, we were learning about the features of a flower. To generate a love of learning I wanted to display the children’s curiosity and development of learning. Each time a child demonstrate exceptional learning within a lesson their picture was displayed on the board along with a petal to demonstrate how our learning was growing.
This display was effective as it motivated the children to strive to do well but also provided the children the key information that their need to obtain within their Science lessons. Therefore, this is something I would use again.
