1 – stretch goals that stretch and challenge pupils of all backgrounds, abilities and dispositions.

5 – Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN; those of high ability; those with EAL; with disabilities; and able to evaluate distinctive teaching approaches to engage and support them.
